Lutheran Braille Workers
The Lutheran Braille Workers organization was formed for the purpose of producing Bibles for visually impaired individuals. Through a grant from the LWML, Grace Lutheran Church is blessed with having an operational mission center that produces large print Bibles. These Bibles are used by prison ministries for individuals with vision problems. Approximately 40% of those incarcerated nationwide have vision issues.
The center will be receiving a new printer and when this happens, we will be back in operation. Each month the center will produce 10 Bibles which are shipped to various prison ministries around the U.S.
All are welcome to visit and see our operation in action when it is active again.
