Christmas Brunch and Worship

Join us to worship our new born king Sunday, December 25!  We will not have our 8:00 a.m. service that day, but we will have worship with Holy Communion at 10:30 a.m.  Also, instead of Sunday School and Bible Class, we will have a potluck Brunch for anyone who would like to join us.

On New Year’s Day, Sunday,  Jan 1, we will also have only one service at 10:30 a.m. We will have Sunday School and Bible Class on that day.

May your holidays be blessed as you remember Jesus is the reason for  this season.

As has been announced in Worship for several weeks now, we will have a Special Voter’s Meeting Sunday, September 25, immediately after the late service. The Call Committee will bring their recommendation for the position of Children’s and Family Minister here at Grace. Please keep this meeting and the call process in your prayers.

Midweek & Confirmation

Midweek Classes for kids and adults, including Confirmation Class, will begin this year on September 14th.  Anyone is welcome to attend.

Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.

Classes and activities will run from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Church Picnic Memorial Day Weekend

On Sunday, May 29, 2016, we will have an outdoor worship service followed by a Church Picnic. There will be only one worship service that day and that will be at 10:30 a.m. (No Sunday School or Bible Class). We’ll be in the All Saints Pavilion, so please dress in casual clothes. We’ll eat around noon.

The Men of Grace will provide BBQ. Please bring a side dish and/or dessert to share. You can leave your food inside the kitchen if you wish and we’ll bring it all out to the pavilion after the worship service. After the meal there will be games and activities for all ages and the chance to just sit and visit! Please be there to enjoy the day with us!

P.S. Unless we’ve had a lot of rain that week, please feel free to drive out to the pavilion and park on the grass. No need to walk all the way out there unless you want to do so!

We have received Word that Jenn Grundmeier has declined our call to serve as our Children’s and Family Minister. We thank her for considering it and pray God’s continued blessings on her.

Our Call Committee will be meeting again in the near future to discuss how we will proceed in finding the one the Lord has chosen to work with us.

Christmas Caroling

Sunday, December 20, meet us at Grace at 3:00 p.m. and we’ll all go caroling together! We’ll stop at three nursing/retirement facilities and a home or two, then meet back at Grace. Soup will be provided and we can share some refreshments that we’ll all bring. All you need to join us is a willing spirit!
